Cuando inicie este ciclo de mi reto pesaba 64 kg, y me sorprendió ver que peso un kilo mas y estoy mas delgada
baje 1 talla mas, y la diferencia de peso es porque estoy haciendo ejercicio en el gym y estoy cargando un poco mas de peso durante cinco días de la semana.
estoy tomando el repair al levantarme, super greens antes del ejercicio, un mrp terminado mi rutina de pesas, enzimas digestivas con la comida del medio día y un mrp en la noche.
como de 5 a 6 veces al día para acelerar mi metabolismo, eso ha hecho que mi edad metabólica este en 48 años y yo tengo 56 años, el indice de grasa corporal ha bajado de 37.8% a 34.5%.
