I started my challenge at 114kg and now I weigh 103kg, so I've lost 11kg in 8 weeks. I've been going to the gym, no kidding, about 10 times a week, which is every morning for over 2 hours, including weekends (and Sunday nights).
I have been going to the 1000 steps twice a week. One one occasion, I did the 1000 steps with a 4WD tyre; Bending over and doing squats and lifting the tyre all the way up on the steep side. This took me over 4 and a half hours. On another occasion, I also did the 1000 steps 10 times in one day, going all the way and all the way down on the steep side. And yesterday, Saturday the 15th of September, I did the notorious Tough Mudder competition and completed it. It was a 20 kilometre marathon with various obstacles.
Every morning after I would finish the gym, I would take my MRP. For every meal I would have my digest pill and after work I would have a Superblast, and before bed I'd have my probiotics and repair pills.
Physically; I feel stronger, quicker and fitter! And Mentally, I feel happier and wiser! - I feel GREAT, but the best is yet to come!!
