Pues en este ciclo no me aplique tanto con el ejercicio para poder definir las abs.
lo padre es que sigo en el mismo peso, con mas energia, mis brazos siguen definidas y me sigo sindiendo y viendo mejor que nunca, pero se que puedo dar mas...
No me rindo... pero ahora voy a tomar mas accion como dijo el Sheriff eliminando el primer problema que es levanrme de la cama para hacer ejercicio.
