Starting the challenge I was 120lbs and didn't feel as lively and energetic as I used to. I had injured my upper right arm (near the shoulder) while I was at work and that caused me physical pain as well as held me back from any physical activities. 2 weeks into my challenge I took nothing but repairs and vitamins to speed up the process of my healing. After that, I used the products religiously, day and night, morning till dark and started with itty bitty workouts like push ups and sit ups. Morning was 2repairs, 1 probiotics, 1completeburn follow by an mrp shake and fiber an hour later. During noon I would take the supergreens into a cup of cold water and a light meal along with my vitamins and digestives. About 30min after I would take another complete burn. Dinner was follow the same focusing more on a little more protein wise and 1 complete burn after. Workouts didn't last too long due to my injury (probably 30min-1hr w/ light dumbbells) but I kept persistent everyday. Today I feel great, light, motivated and energetic and best of all, I sleep less and have more energy than ever. I love these products and the mind and physical state they put my body in. It's a healing process as well as a changing process. Now I am at 121lbs and love the new look. Can't wait for when people ask and I just lift my shirt up to show I have visible abs too! I want to say that if I can do it with my injury in the beginning, anyone looking for change can do it too.
