I have always been really athletic and fit. I played every sport you can think of growing up. Unfortunately this past year i was diagnosed with Bipolar and it really took a tole on my body. I really feel like i lost myself. I began gaining weight, feeling really sluggish, went into depression and just felt hopeless. I knew I wanted to get healthier, get my body back to where it used to be but i had no motivation to go about it. I was paying for a trainer every month but never went to the gym. I;d go for a couple of days then stop on and off. Then finally my Aunt Carla came back up from Florida and really motivated me to get going. She push me to go to the gym with her everyday and I saw how she was transforming her body. She really became my mentor and my number 1 suporter in everything this past year.
She set me on a simple regimen, showed me what workouts to do and what to eat. Although i didn't eat the best that i know I could haha i was still able to see results. In just the first 4 days i took a progress picture and i couldn't believe I could already start seeing my abs coming back. It was insane, right there i knew i wasn't going to stop. So i put on that bracelet (commit to get fit) and got to work. I took the MRP twice a day, vitamins and digest ultra with my three main meals. I had the supergreens and fiber in the morning before work. COmpelte burn before my workouts and berry balst when i needed energy throughout the day. I'd have 2 repair and a probiotic right before bed.
My energy has lifted, um getting my body back and i feel absolutely incredible!! Thanks to Carla and the Best Body Challenge I am now more focussed than ever, not jsut in getting fit but in getting my life back together. Thank you. I am ready to win!!!
