No sé cómo empezar, porque hoy termina mi ciclo del reto y siento que no lo logré. Sé que puedo dar más de mí, y estoy dispuesto a cuidar mi alimentación; aunque me considero una persona atlética y me encanta hacer ejercicio físico, siento que fallé en mi alimentación.
Mi meta era subir en masa muscular e inicié pesando 78 kg y me propuse pesar 81kg, ahora peso 80kg, y estoy asesorándome para mejorar mi alimentación y aumentar mi fibra muscular.
Durante este reto tuve la oportunidad de participar en un torneo nacional de wushu, y obtuve un segundo lugar, lo cual me hace sentir que puedo ir mejorando y poco a poco alcanzar mi metas.
