Y terminando mi cuarto reto, me siento contenta de ser parte de este maravilloso movimiento que promueve la salud, que ha ayudado a muchas personas a tener muy buenos resultados y ha sentirse mejor con ellos mismos.
Es sólo un impulso para demostrarnos a nosotros mismos que sí podemos lograr lo que nos propongamos si trabajamos en ello.
En lo particular inicié este reto muy inspirada y dispuesta ahora sí subir masa muscular,pero por diferentes circunstancias de trabajo y otras ocupaciones, interrumpí mi entrenamiento y logré mi meta que era subir kilo y medio en músculo.
Sin embargo me mantuve nutrida con mi malteada en la mañana, de 4 a 6 vitaminas diarias, super grees 1 ó 2 veces al día y 1 digest ultra en cada alimento. Me siento contenta porque NO BAJÉ DE PESO, jaja. En esta temporada de mucho trabajo estrés y poca comida, pocas horas de sueño, suelo bajar de peso "cañón" y estar de "malas", esta vez mi humor fue bueno, mi actitud positiva y mantuve mi peso.
Lista para el siguiente reto, porque en cada uno gano gran valor en mi persona.
