Me siento muy bien por que ya llevo tiempo bajando de peso constantemente y en este ciclo me dio mucho gusto que aunque no baje mucho de peso como los ciclos pasados mi porcentaje de grasa si bajo y ahora ya me toca definir... Me tome la Malteada MRP por las mañanas después de hacer crossFit 1 hora cada tercer día y en la comida con mi YorDiguest en cada comida aunque fuera botana o colación a media tarde mi YorSuperGreens diario para bajar el estrés y en la noche mis YorRepair y mi YorProbiotic antes de dormir.
