Inicié con un peso de 62.5 kg. Debido a un tratamiento médico que estoy llevando en el que tengo que estar tomando hormonas, las cuales inducen menopausia y aumento de peso, por lo cual llevaba 6 meses batallando bastante para poder bajar de peso y tallas.
Cuando conocí el Reto de 8 semanas ví una oportunidad para poder mejorar mi salud y mi físico.
Estuve utilizando un set Adelgaza el cual estuve siguiendo al pie de la letra. Modifiqué un poco mis hábitos alimenticios, cambiando mi desayuno, las porciones de comida y reduciendo en lo que pude las salidas a cenar.
Aparte agregué de ejercicio crossfit 4 veces a la semana, aproximadamente una hora.
Estoy muy contenta pues he bajado 5.5 kg. Ya me queda ropa que hace fácil un año que no me ponía y más importante, me siento increíblemente bien.
Voy a seguir por más metas pues encontré la manera de poder mejorar continuamente y contrarrestar todo lo que me está afectando el tratamiento.
