Hi, my name is susie and the reason i decided to join the challenge officially was because i wanted to get in better shape and build muscle. My weight at the beginning was 115 pounds. I started working out lifting weights and running, crossfitting and i felt stronger. My whole energy changed and i started waking up earlier. I did stop running and starting just doing mostly weights wanting to tone up my legs and arm a lil more. I love the feeling of being able to do guy push ups. I also started playing soccer which helped me get stronger legs. I took mrp twice per day, supergreens,repair,multi vitamins and my enzymes every day. Now because i was lifting weights i noticed a change in my body i wasn't use to. I actually gained 15 pounds. I feel different because for 4 years i have been taking the products and maintained at 115. Now its a lil scary to see me at 130 but i have been told its muscle and also because I've been crossfitting. I did noticed my legs got way bigger and firmer. My arms are stronger and my waist is about the same because most of my focus on this challenge was legs and arms. Its impacted me in the way that it made me work harder and got me stronger. I receive nice complements on my legs which is flattering and it makes me not wanna give up . Next cycle will be working on stomach area and toning more.
