Ahora que termino mi 2do reto estoy super feliz, logre bajar 2 kg. mas, mi proceso ha sido lento pero progresivo debido a que hago resistencia a la insulina y problemas hormonales.
Antes de que conociera de Yor mi peso era casi de 96 kg. y talla 16,
Ahora peso 78 kg y soy talla 10 o 12..
Ya puedo hacer 2 horas de ejercicio sin que me duelan las rodillas y los tobillos , ya no me agoto al subir escaleras.
Hago ejercicio 5 días a la semana antes de ir al gym me tomo mi super greens con fibra y el fat burn, después del ejercicio tomo Yor shake, y por la noche algunas veces tomo super greens o malteada y mi probiotico.
Este 2do reto es donde mas cambios he visto en mi cuerpo, he reducido mucho de tallas y eso se ha reflejado en mi autoestima y confianza, que poco a poco se han ido restableciendo
Mi problema hormonal es casi inexistente.
Y estoy mas que lista para el 3er. reto!
