I have always struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. Struggling with this for so many years made me feel like I was never, and would never, be good enough. Physically, I always felt sluggish, depressed and unmotivated. Now I feel like there's hope! Because of the challenge, I am now finally starting to understand that this is more than a temporary journey. This is for life; a lifestyle change that requires support, which I have found from others also going through the challenge.

During the challenge, I used YOR MRP mostly as well as Berry Blast. I started drinking MRP daily in the morning for breakfast! I had been exercising daily at the beginning of the challenge, but once I began going to school full time (on top of my full time job) that definitely became a struggle. I do still continue to exercise daily, even if it's just power walking to my classes 4x times per day.

The 8wk challenge has impacted my life in a way that has allowed me to have more self confidence. I have had the opportunity to be a part of something that helps me better myself and improve my health, and it's been one of the best experiences I could ask for. The scale didn't really help me see how far I've come. Seeing the difference in my pictures was what really opened my eyes to the transformation that is actually happening! I've also had friends I haven't seen since before I started this journey tell me how much better I look. That made me feel great to know that my hard work has paid off.

At times I honestly wanted to give up, but one of my biggest supporters convinced me to follow through and finish. I am so glad that I did because I was very pleased to see the end results! I'm ready to keep going and am looking forward to taking the next set of after pictures. I feel motivated in life and that's definitely helping. This is certainly not the end for me. This is only the beginning.
