MI RUTINA CONSISTIÓ EN UNA MALTEADA POR LA MAÑANA Y UN GREEN DURANTE LA MAÑANA, UNA COMIDA AL MEDIO DÍA CON UNA ENZIMA DIGESTIVA ANTES DE COMER Y POR LA TARDE UNA MALTEADA.
NUNCA HICE ALGÚN TIPO DE EJERCICIO, NI CAMINAR, NADA ABSOLUTAMENTE.
Y DE LAS OCHO SEMANAS SOLO CONSUMÍ LOS PRODUCTOS EN 7 SEMANAS PORQUE ME FUI UNA SEMANA DE VACACIONES Y NO LOS TOME.
