I used the yor daily pack for most of the 8 weeks, yor fiber,for the first 4 weeks and yor meal replacement for the last 3 weeks.
I was relatively consistent with the daily pack I have a weeks worth left over due to missing a meal a day or not having it with me when I had a meal.
for the first 4 weeks I play futbol 4 days a week.
the following three weeks I hit the gym 3 time a week. and the last week Did not have the opportunity to visit the gym.
Honestly being part of this challenge has really affected me. Now i try to eat more healthy than before. One of my biggest problems is eating after 11pm. As an engineering student I have a relatively busy schedule and the meals times and stress does not help. Before starting the challenge I started to excersise a bit and lost 8 pounds in 3 months. When i began yor health first two weeks i lost 6 pounds and i began to be proactive in my special diet called don't over eat, and exercised a lot more than I have before. Unfortunately because i was working for majority of the day i was unable to exercise at a good pace. The products helped me through being conscious of when and how I eat.
i plan to continue doing what i learn and prepare for the next challenge so i can continue going down the path of health and happiness.
