Mi meta final en este primer ciclo era bajar 4 kg, de mi peso inicial de 61.3 kg alcancé los 59.5 kg, casi 2 kg abajo pero no lo suficiente para alcanzar mi meta, Usé toda la línea de productos, MRP con supergreens 2 veces al día, Digest en cada comida, probióticos al despertar. Durante el reto no hice ningún tipo de ejercicio y se que mis resultados hubieran sido diferentes si hubiera hecho ejercicio. Creo que este primer reto me sirvió para preparar mi sistema digestivo y hacer consciencia de que hacer el régimen de los productos sin tener actividad física no me va a dar los resultados que estoy buscando y el proceso va a ser más lento. Las líneas de producto con las que más satisfecha me siento son las de control de peso y digestiva, ya que me han dado el balance que estaba buscando para sentirme mejor fisicamente.
