Comencé el reto pesando 181 libras y he finalizado con 169 libras y aunque no haya logrado mi meta en el reto me siento muy feliz por haber notado un cambio en mi cuerpo.
Para llegar a mi peso final estaba utilizando los siguientes productos de la siguiente forma: Al despertar una capsula de probioticos, 30 minutos después una capsula de repair, una hora antes de ir al gimnasio tomaba 2 cucharadas de mrp de vainilla, 1 cucharada de super greens, 2 cucharadas de fibra y un sobre de berry blast, junto con la malteada tomaba 1 capsula de complete burn; en la hora de la comida dependiendo de la comida tomaba de 2 a 4 digest. Hago ejercicio 3 veces por semana, por lo general me enfocaba mas al cardio y un poco de resistencia, siempre con la guía de una entrenadora. ¿Qué impacto ha tenido el reto en mi vida? Bueno ha sido realmente un antes y un después, tenia cierto tiempo queriendo bajar de peso pero nunca me ha gustado hacer dietas rígidas, y de pronto me encuentro que en 8 semanas baje mas que en 6 meses de dieta, estoy feliz con el cambio y por supuesto super motivada para ir por mas y con todo a mi segundo reto.
