Mi peso al iniciar el reto de ocho semanas era de 62 kg ahora 26 de septiembre es de 59 kg . Estoy muy feliz de haber bajado y lo logre consumiendo mi yor mrp ,fibra y super greens todos los dias despues de lterminar de hacer ejercicio.
Este reto me resulto una gran oportunidad que debemos de compartir a todas las personas que estan a nuestro alrededor familiares ,amigos ,vecinos ya que el hecho de tener una calidad de vidad de excelencia con apoyo de estos nutrientes ,tratando de hacer conciencia de que en nuestras manos con ayuda de yor health podemos bajar los niveles de obesidad y diabetes .
