YOR PB&J Shake

4 oz frozen blueberries
4 oz frozen strawberries
1/2 frozen banana
1 tsp Maca root
1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter or nut butter of choice
1-2 scoops yor vanilla shake
1 scoop yor fiber plus
6 oz ice
8 oz oat milk (recommended)

Note: fruit can be purchased fresh but recipe is best to freeze the fruit
