Cycles refer to the number of times you have participated in the YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge. First time participants are considered “Cycle 1” challengers. Each time you complete a YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge you will advance to the next “Cycle”.

Upon completing of your 8-Week (56 Day) Challenge, you are required to submit a written testimonial and &quot;AFTER&quot; Photos to be considered for prizes. Participants have the ability to upload their “AFTER” Photos and written testimonial prior to the full completion of their 8-Week Challenge. The cutoff period is 24 hours after your challenge has officially ended. YOR Health is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries. This is a competition and therefore must remain fair for all participants, NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

The YOR  Best Body  8-Week Challenge is divided into groups that start every  2 weeks.  Your Callenge Group # is how you identify which group you are competing in.

Finalists will be selected by a panel of judges comprised of members of the YOR Health Corporate Team. Each judge will score each entry on a 100 point scale with 50% of the score based on the &quot;BEFORE&quot; and &quot;AFTER&quot; photos, 30% of the score based the written testimonial, and 20% of the score based on the voting done by the YOR Best Body online community. The judge’s scores of each entry will be combined to give each entry a final score. The finalists in each category will be entries with the highest cumulative score. All decisions of the judges are final.

Within each Group, there are 4 categories in which participants compete for prizes.
