My initial weight was 163 lbs / 74 kg, I am currently weighing 168 lbs / 76.2 kg.
I felt good in this challenge, despite having passed the December dates that are the most complicated when it comes to food, even so, I remained focused to achieve my promised goals.

My chosen set was one that I made up with 1 basic, plus the YOR Shake and YOR Repair Ultra.

In the morning I eat my regular breakfast: eggs, sandwich, etc. and for snack I used my first scoop of YOR Shake in 500 ml of water, later on, I ate and went to train for 30 intense minutes a day, after training I took another scoop of YOR Shake along with my YOR Repair Ultra, and it was dinner time later.
