Hello! I am Enrique Cerón, and I am 49 years old.
My weight was 141 lbs / 64 kg and I ended at 145 lbs / 66 kg, this is my third challenge, I am really happy!
I started my day with 1 capsule of YOR Probiotics Ultra, after 1 hour I took one scoop of YOR SuperGreens, around 1:30 pm I took one scoop of YOR Shake chocolate and at 2:00pm I started exercising for 1 hour (fitness classes at least from Monday to Thursday). At 4:00pm I took one capsule of YOR Digest Ultra and I ate a regular meal.
For dinner, I took one scoop of YOR Shake chocolate and before bedtime I took 2 capsules of YOR Repair Ultra.
I used to drink a lot of water during the day.
I tried to do fasting for a minimum of 12 hours.
