Hello, I am Yesenia Coila, I am from Puno city- south of Peru. I am 40 years old and I am a housewife, I decided to join this first challenge because with the household chores and the arrival of my children I began to gain a lot of weight, I began to have health issues and very little energy (I climbed stairs with great difficulty). I always wanted to lose weight and tried many supplements on the market, but I never had good results.
