My name is Rodrigo Flores, I am 37 years old and this is my umpteenth 8-week challenge of YOR Best Body Challenge.
As usual, whenever a challenge ends, it brings a special connotation and this time is not the exception. After a somewhat complicated personal issue, I managed to complete this 8-week Challenge with great pride for me and to me.
A few years ago, I met YOR Health and with its 8-week Challenge I was able to reach my fat burning goal, significantly improving my energy and fitness; in addition to improving my emotional balance significantly.
The above, combined with a good exercise routine, taking YOR Health supplementation and good discipline, has led me to achieve the best results I have been able to obtain in recent months.
1 hour after raising: Green tea and/or coffee.
First intake (after the respective fasting window): YOR SuperGreens with YOR Shake.
Lunch: variety with high protein content (red meat, chicken, fish) along with 1 YOR Digest Ultra and YOR Repair Ultra.
Dinner: abundant tuna and/or chicken, vegetables and slowly absorbed carbohydrates (potato) with 2 YOR Essential Vitamins, 1 YOR Digest Ultra and YOR Repair Ultra.
From here begins the fasting window of 12, 14 or 16 hours (depending on the week).
As for the exercise routine, 1 hour 20 minutes of weights for 5 days a week and 1,000 mt in swimming distance for 2 or 3 days a week.
