I am Eduardo Ojeda, graphic designer as a profession. I have been in YOR Health for 4 and half months. I am transforming my life completely after having losing everything; thanks to this company I have rencounter myself and my health has improved.

I have decided to join the challenge because I have too many kilos of overweight and I have found that with these products I can have the body that for so many years I haven't had. I want to tone my body again and lose weight until I feel comfortable.

Every day I go jogging with my dog for at least 2.5 or 3 mi / 4 or 5 km which help me to speed up my metabolism.

In about 3 weeks I will let you know how I feel and will be able to see the results.

Today is January the 29th, 2020 we have finally finished the challenge. I feel mega happy because I not only achieved the goal, but I lost 4.4 lbs / 2 kg more than what has been agreed. My final weight is 187.8 lbs / 85.2 kg, I am very happy!

I continued with my daily walk routine of 4 to 5 km / 2.5 or 3 mi (every day).
