During the Christmas and New Year holidays I ate a lot, to the point of gaining weight and noticing that many clothes did not fit anymore, so I made the decision to make a change and join the 8-week Challenge for health reasons and to look better.
I started the challenge weighting 189.6 lbs / 86 kg using the supplements.

In the morning I would take 2 capsules of YOR Repair Ultra and one capsule of YOR AMP.
At breakfast I took 1 scoop of YOR Shake, at lunch time 1 capsule of YOR Digest Ultra and 3 tablets of YOR Essential Vitamins.
To have more energy in the morning and at the gym I took one stick pack of YOR Berry Blast and another one after lunch, so I could have a lot of energy during the day.

I used YOR SuperGreens as a snack, taking one or two a day.

During dinner I tried to have a light dinner, or I would take one scoop of YOR Shake with YOR Fiber Plus.

I got an InBody study before and after, I noticed that more than just losing weight, my body composition changed. I gained 4 lbs / 2 kg, lost 13 lbs / 6 kg of visceral fat, and today I feel stronger!

I am very happy with the results and I am going for the next challenge to get the six-pack abs!
