Hello! I am Bibi Álvarez. I am 36 years old.
I decided to embark on this challenge as a motivation to achieve my goals in terms of changing habits. I regularly have a balanced diet and I do exercise, but for a time I was not very attached to it, so these 8 weeks of consuming YOR Health supplements, I noticed significantly my performance in my physical activities in the gym and throughout the day feeling energized.

My supplementation plan consists of the following:
On an empty stomach I would take 1 capsule of each of these: YOR Probiotics Ultra, YOR Repair Ultra and YOR AMP.
I implemented intermittent fasting of approximately 14 hours and then cut it with YOR SuperGreens, YOR Berry Blast and YOR Fiber Plus.

My exercise routine consisted of spinning, circuits, yoga and weights (targeting endurance, strength and condition). At the end of my routine I consumed 3 scoops of YOR Shake, with each meal 2 tablets of YOR Essential Vitamins and 1 YOR Digest Ultra, I would end my day with 1 capsule of YOR Repair Ultra at night.
