My name is Jesús Orozco, better known as Bond. I am from Mexico City (CDMX). This is my third challenge and I am so happy because every day the habit of intermittent fasting and eating healthy becomes easier.

I started weighing 188.5 lbs / 85.5 kg and today I weigh 171.9 lbs / 78 kg, my goal was to reach 176 lbs / 80 kg and I have surpassed it! Now for the next one, it will be more to sculpt my body, so I will have to put more into exercising and the weights.
