Hello friends of the YOR Best Body Challenge!

I am very happy to be able to complete this challenge. I confess that it took me a bit of work to increase muscle mass and get toned, as I was under medical treatment due to a knee and left groin injury, just a week after I enrolled in this challenge. I spent 1 month in recovery and physical therapy, so I was able only to do the rehabilitation exercises.

The YOR Repair Ultra and YOR Essential Vitamins helped me a lot (2 capsules in the morning and 2 at night and 6 tablets per day respectively). I was using (topically) Lemongrass and Clear Mind Bare Oils, I also had 1 scoop of YOR Shake in the morning, and my favorite: YOR SuperGreens 2 times a day.

I know that I still have a lot to improve and I hope to reach my ideal weight in the next challenge.
