During the 8-week challenge my routine was as follows:
I would break fasting with YOR Probiotics Ultra, YOR SuperGreens and YOR Fiber Plus; at breakfast, lunch and dinner I would take YOR Digest Ultra with 2 capsules of YOR Essential Vitamins, and at night (depending on how heavy the meal was) I would take 1 scoop of YOR Shake and YOR Fiber Plus, or I would only take YOR Fiber Plus.
Before going for a run or to the gym, I would take YOR Berry Blast, and after exercising I would take one scoop of YOR Shake. Finally, before bedtime, I would take one capsule of YOR Repair Ultra.
This challenge helped me to have more energy during the day, to have an excellent digestion and to enjoy a cheat meal from time to time without remorse.
