My name is Victoria Calcina Soncco, I am from Puno - Perú and I am 45 years old. I joined this challenge because I wanted to lose weight and improve my health. I am a nurse, I work in a health facility and the truth is that I wasn’t feeling comfortable with the body that I saw in the mirror, or with the lifestyle and health that I projected; I also felt very tired and had pain in the knees which prevent me from working and having a normal life.

I started this challenge at 82 Kg / 181 lbs and I took the YOR Health supplements as follows: on an empty stomach I would take 2 capsules of YOR Repair Ultra, at 9:00 a.m. one scoop of YOR Fiber Plus with plenty of water, at 11: 00am a small but healthy snack or 2 scoops of YOR Shake, at 1:00 pm I had a regular meal for lunch, and for dinner sometimes I would take 2 scoops of YOR Shake. I only exercised 2 hours a week and for my abs I used a mixture of Bare Oils Fractionated Coconut Oil with Tea Tree and apply them topically.

I really feel very happy, this challenge has changed my life. I surpassed my goal, I reached 68 kg / 150 lbs, so it was a total of 14 kg / 31 lbs that I lost, but the most important thing is that my health has improved comprehensively, I feel happy, healthy, with a lot of energy, my self-esteem improved and it all was very simple, I did not have to starve myself or follow strict diets!
