Hello, I am Vicente Villanueva!

I am fan of the YOR Best Body Challenge!
I love this healthy lifestyle, and that YOR Health makes it easier.

Nowadays, I share exercising with my wife (who also consumes the products), and who this year ran her first 3 mi / 5 km race with me, and I love that YOR Health brings us closer!

We love the YOR Shake, YOR Repair Ultra and YOR SuperGreens with YOR Berry Blast.

I exercise 6 days a week, do weights at home, and run 3 to 6 mi / 5 to 10 km.

What I like most about the products, is that they help me in my performance, having an excellent nutrition and recovery to train to 200% every day.

This year my goal is to run the 70.3 Iron Man, and I know that with the help of YOR Health I will be able to do so, committed and with a lot of discipline.
