Hi! I am Evelyn Zapata. I'm 44 years old, happy married with 4 kids and 2 grandkids. I’m always busy with them and that’s why I decided to do this Challenge, to do something good for myself and at the same time show them, family and friends that no matter how old or busy you are in life, you always have to find time for yourself and you can reach any goal with discipline. Also having a good nutrition can impact tremendously inside out your body.

Before my Challenge I start to notice more my sign of age, and I said to myself no lol, this must change. Now after the Challenge, I feel so happy and proud of myself because I feel and see the results!
I did exercise at least 30 minutes 4 to 5 days a week.

I took 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra And 1 YOR Repair Ultra before bed.
I started my day with a glass of water and 1 YOR AMP.
At the end of my workout, I took YOR SuperGreens with YOR Fiber Plus and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins.
In the middle of the morning: 1 YOR Berry Blast
