I am Edgar Ramos, and I am very surprised for the results I got out of this challenge!

With the quarantine and everything that is happening I overlooked and forgot to upload my photo at the beginning, and the one I uploaded was a little over a month into the challenge, so these changes are only in a very short time. What I did very well was to take all my supplements consistently.

I lost weight and increased my muscle mass percentage, I am really surprised because it has been very simple to follow, what I did was:

Upon waking, I would take YOR Probiotics Ultra
Take YOR Berry Blast, this to perform a light exercise routine at home
To break fasting, I would take YOR SuperGreens
2 capsules of YOR Digest Ultra with lunch
2 capsules of YOR Essential Vitamins after lunch
1 capsule of YOR Digest Ultra with dinner
2 YOR Essential Vitamins with dinner
2 YOR Repair Ultra at bedtime
I decreased my sugar intake

There is no doubt that my body reacted wonderfully with the supplements, and I feel much more energized and focused!
