Hello, I am Marcela Pérez, a sports nutrition Coach and triathlete. In 2018 I had the honor of representing Mexico in the Olympic Triathlon World Cup in Australia and at my return (approximately 10 months ago) I stopped training and taking care of my diet as I used to, and I began to notice that my body lost shape and energy, and my self-esteem was affected a bit too. It was when I decided to join the 8-week challenge to recover my figure, my condition and thus be able to train hard to achieve my goal of qualifying for the next World Cup!

It was just a matter of being disciplined in both my diet, supplementation, and exercise.
The difficult part was that it was in the middle of full confinement because of the COVID 19 situation, and I had to train most of it indoors, but from the first week I started to feel wonderful, with more energy and a better attitude.

My regimen was:
-Upon rising: YOR Probiotics Ultra and YOR Repair Ultra
-Go training
-After training: 1 scoop of YOR Shake + YOR Fiber Plus + YOR SuperGreens
-Later: a light breakfast + YOR Essential Vitamins
- A healthy lunch+ YOR Digest Ultra

Some days if I felt out of energy, I would take YOR Berry Blast.

I exercised 6 days a week, resting 1 day.
It was rewarding, exciting, entertaining and fun because my husband trained with me!
