Hello, I am Ekaterina Melgar and I am from Juliaca- South of Peru. I am 40 years old and I am a nurse by profession.
I decided to join this challenge (YOR Best Body) because as a health personnel I did not feel good about my appearance, and I had digestion problems and knee pain due to my overweight. Despite I’ve always exercised, I couldn't lose weight, I had tried other supplements in the market and all I got was feeling more frustrated.
I started this challenge at 191.8 lbs / 87 kg, and I took the supplements of YOR Health as follows:

? On an empty stomach 2 capsules of YOR Repair Ultra
