Joining the YOR Best Body at Home was an excellent decision, I have always liked exercising (soccer, football, running, and going to the gym), but as time went by, I started having too many excuses and stopped doing sports.

Mixing business and exercises and serve as example, besides being able to share this time with my wife, was fundamental and a great experience. I had to adapt all of this to "THE WARRIOR DIET " (intermittent fasting) which was a challenge that became part of my eating habits.

My initial weight was 154 lbs / 70 kg, my goal was to reach 143 lbs 65 kg, and I managed to get to 141 lbs / 64 kg decreasing my fat percentage.

I had to adjust my schedule to intermittent fasting.
The products that I used were: YOR Shake to break the 12 to 20 hours of fasting, in the morning before exercising I took 1 capsule of YOR AMP and another one in the afternoon, my dinner was low in carbs and I took YOR Digest Ultra and YOR Repair Ultra for a good recovery.

Every day during these 8 weeks I managed to exercise (despite the pandemic), only the time and place changed since I exercised at home.

As I said before, being an example by using the products of the company, leaving excuses aside, exercising, joining YOR Best Body at Home with my wife and have my children learn that sports and a good nutrition are essential, was something that I sought to achieve here.
