Hello! I am América Luna.
I just became a mom a few months ago, and during the pregnancy I took the entire product line which allowed me to gain 5kg / 11lbs, which also provoked to have spine pains back, due to my injury (herniated disc).
I had a c-section, so taking YOR Repair Ultra was one of my best allies for recovery. My goals were to lose weight and rehabilitate my back, but my goal changed to just be the best version of me after having my son, and it was amazing that in only 8 weeks my body had this transformation!

This was my regimen:

Upon rising: YOR Probiotics Ultra, YOR SuperGreens and YOR Fiber Plus; 30 minutes later, I would have 3 scoops of YOR Shake and 2 capsules of YOR Essential Vitamins.
Afternoon: I would strictly take YOR Digest Ultra with lunch and YOR Essential Vitamins again.
Mid-afternoon: One scoop of YOR SuperGreens to substitute the fruits and vegetables that I needed.
At night – One scoop of YOR Shake with YOR Essential Vitamins and 4 YOR Repair Ultra, so it could help me have a faster recovery from my c-section and be less bloated.
