Hello! I am Conchita De la Peña, all my life I had never given myself the opportunity to exercise. After 2 surgeries (total thyroidectomy and partial mastectomy), the doctors recommended me to exercise to try regaining my health.

I started exercising a year and a half ago 3 times a week. On April 2020, when I stayed home due to the pandemic, I was introduced to the YOR Health products and began to use them and to nourish myself with all of them, and that is why I decided to join YOR BEST BODY at HOME. Since then, my health, my energy and my body have changed dramatically.

On an empty stomach I take 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra and YOR Repair Ultra, after a few minutes I would take 1 capsule of YOR AMP. Then, I take 1 scoop of YOR Shake and YOR Fiber Plus.
At midday, I would alternate every day by taking YOR SuperGreens or YOR Berry Blast.
At lunch time, I would take YOR Digest Ultra and YOR Essential Vitamins.
At night, I would take 1 scoop of YOR Shake and YOR Essential Vitamins.
Before going to bed, I would take YOR Repair Ultra.
This is what I have been doing, and I've felt better.
