I am Liliana and I am 36 years old. I am married and I’m mother of 3 children. I have an immense desire to improve myself and learn.

I decided to join YOR BEST BODY at HOME because I am overweight and it makes me feel uncomfortable with myself, I also want to help my children to make better decisions regarding their health and nutrition.
