Hello! My name is Javier Fuentes and I am 39 years old. I have always liked sports and healthy eating, but over the years it became more difficult for me to get in shape. This is how my day begins with YOR Health:
Upon raising, I take 1 capsule of YOR Probiotics Ultra.

I take 1 glass of water with YOR Shake and 2 capsules of YOR Essential Vitamins post training. This mix has a high nutritional value for my goal.

Half an hour later, I have breakfast and I take 1 capsule of YOR Digest Ultra, this helps me improve my digestion, so I include 1 capsule with each meal.

At mid-day, I take 1 scoop of YOR SuperGreens and 2 scoops of YOR Fiber Plus which strengthens my immune system.
