Hello! I am Lily Cuellar and I’m 50 years old. I am mother of three children ages 19, 22 and 24.
I was motivated to join YOR BEST BODY at HOME because I want to achieve my best version, both in my physique and in terms of health.
My personal challenge is to lower my fat percentages and increase my muscle mass, and I already feel much better! lighter and with more energy. People who see me are surprised and ask me, what have I done to be thinner when doing home office for almost 6 months? I tell them what I started doing 8 weeks ago.

I am following this routine with YOR Health:

On an empty stomach: 1 capsule of YOR Probiotics Ultra, 1 capsule of YOR Repair Ultra and 1 of YOR AMP.
I haven't been constant with exercise, because I can only do it extremely early, before work, which is from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm at GIMSA; and from 7:00 pm onwards as a promoter of YOR Health, and I usually sleep very late every day.

If I go to bed early, I can go to practice 1 hour of Boxing Fitness at 5:30 am.
When I go back home, I take 1 scoop of vanilla YOR Shake with 1 scoop of YOR Fiber Plus and 1 banana.
At midday, I love to have 1 stick pack of YOR Berry Blast to keep me focused on my work the rest of the day.

When I wake up late because of work, I don't exercise, and I take first thing in the morning: 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra, 1 YOR Repair Ultra and 1 YOR AMP, and later on I have a frappe drink made with water and 2 scoops of YOR SuperGreens. Later, I take 1 scoop of vanilla YOR Shake.

I drink at least 2 liters of water.

I have a regular meal for lunch, and after dinner I take 1 capsule of YOR Digest Ultra.

Being part of YOR BEST BODY at HOME, has been a great motivation because I am convinced that if I continue doing it, I will achieve my goals very soon!
