I am Anibal Arteaga, and I’m 31 years old. I am a physical education teacher, and I am from Acapulco, Guerrero.

This was my regimen:
When I woke up, I would take 1 capsule of YOR Probiotics Ultra, 1 capsule of YOR Repair Ultra and 1 capsule of YOR AMP.
With breakfast, I would take 2 scoops of YOR Shake, 2 scoops of YOR Fiber Plus and 1 stick pack of YOR Berry Blast mixed with milk, and 2 tablets of YOR Essential Vitamins.
Between breakfast and lunch, I would take 1 scoop of YOR SuperGreens with orange juice.
At lunchtime, I would take 2 YOR Essential Vitamins and 1 YOR Digest Ultra with my meals.
I had a light dinner and 1 scoop of YOR Shake with 2 tablets of YOR Essential Vitamins.
