These 8 weeks of YOR BEST BODY at HOME have been an interesting trip, since my life has been transformed and I fulfilled my short-term goals.

This is only the beginning of a new stage, where I have managed (thanks to YOR Shake) to improve my eating habits and nourish myself correctly, which led me to lose weight and be healthy at the same time.

I admit, it was not easy at first, but with discipline I managed to lose 14 lbs / 6.5 kg, which has helped me to continue training and be much more agile. I pass on to my family these new eating habits, and we are healthier.
