Hello! My name is America Calderon. A few months ago, I had my second child, and it was very difficult for me to return to my ideal weight, due to fluid retention I gained weight.
I have been consistent on the cycles of YOR BEST BODY at HOME until I lost weight, and now I have signed up to gain muscle mass. Losing weight was easier, but gaining muscle is more difficult. However, with the supplementation it was easier! I increased my protein intake and saw incredible muscle toning. I am very happy because I am a mother for the second time, and I am in the best shape of my life, thanks to YOR Health!
I started by taking: Upon raising 1 capsule of YOR AMP and then 1 scoop of YOR SuperGreens with 1 tablespoon of YOR Fiber Plus. 30 minutes later, I take 3 scoops of YOR Shake and YOR Essential Vitamins. At lunchtime, I take 2 capsules of YOR Essential Vitamins, 1 capsule of YOR Digest Ultra and have a high protein meal. I take 1 scoop of YOR SuperGreens as a snack.
In the evening, I take 3 scoops of YOR Shake as dinner, 2 capsules of YOR Essential Vitamins, 4 YOR Repair Ultra and 1 capsule of YOR Probiotics Ultra, which I loved because it improves my digestion. I was very disciplined with the products, and I really saw incredible nutrition results and muscle toning.
