Hello! My name is Nilda. I am 47 years old; I am from Tacna – Peru and I work in a hospital.

I started taking the supplements as follows:
Every morning, I take 2 capsules of YOR Repair Ultra and 1 capsule of YOR Probiotics Ultra.
30 minutes later, I take YOR Berry Blast, then at 11:00 am I take 2 scoops of YOR Shake, 2 scoops of YOR SuperGreens and 1 scoop of YOR Fiber Plus which I love. Before each meal, I take 1 capsule of YOR Digest Ultra, and after each meal, I take 2 tablets of YOR Essential Vitamins.
Before going to sleep, I take 2 capsules of YOR Repair Ultra and 1 capsule of YOR Probiotics Ultra, but if I feel hungry, I take 1 scoop of YOR Shake.
I did not exercise at all during these weeks.
I am happy because in this cycle I went from weighing 174 lbs / 79 kg to 159 lbs / 72 kg, almost 2 sizes down and I feel more energetic! I no longer have pain, and thanks to the results I regained my confidence and self-esteem.
