I am Hector and I’m happy I finished this cycle.
I turned 54 years in this cycle, and I am more and more convinced of the benefits of YOR Health supplementation, because it is easy and delicious to achieve the goals in the middle of a pandemic.
My regimen:
2 capsules of YOR Repair Ultra at night.
I start my day with YOR SuperGreens and 1 scoop of chocolate YOR Shake 1 hour later.
I have 2 hearty meals with veggie, meat, chicken or fish with 1 YOR Digest Ultra capsule with the first bite and 3 YOR Essential Vitamins at the end.
Closing the day with 1 scoop of YOR Shake and YOR Fiber Plus.
I exercised the first weeks, 4 times a week taking YOR Berry Blast in each workout.
The last 3 weeks I did not exercise, since I injured my shoulder, but I achieved excellent results with the supplementation.
