My name Is Kenny Miranda. I'm 44 Years old. Single mother to a beautiful daughter, and a grandmother of a 2-year-old boy. I'm very excited to share my journey with YOR Health!
I have been an athlete for the last 5 years, and I always ate healthy, but what I noticed was that I always felt tired and bloated no matter how healthy I ate, how much I worked out, or how much I supplemented my body. After being Introduced to YOR Health and learned about enzymes, It motivated me to take the product and to join YOR BEST BODY at HOME.

After 3 weeks in this platform, my body looked and felt different. I started to visualize the definition on my arms, legs and stomach.
I worked out 45 minutes twice a day, one consists of kettlebells & battle rope workout, and the second one consists of either cycling, running, or hiking/walking.

I take all the product, but my favorites are the following:

YOR Amp which I take 45 minutes before both of my workouts.
Chocolate YOR Shake, which I take it as my post workout muscle recovery.
