Thanks to the excellent products of YOR Health, I manage to lose 4 lbs / 2 kg, even though I could not exercise as much as I would have liked due to the restrictions that we still have in our country.
I do intermittent fasting and I open window at around 12 noon with YOR SuperGreens, and YOR Fiber Plus and a few minutes later I take a chocolate YOR Shake.
At 2pm I have lunch, no restrictions, and I take my YOR Digest Ultra. In the afternoon I take my YOR Berry Blast to recover my energy.
For exercise, I jog twice a week, the other 4 days I do Tabata for 30 minutes.
