Hello! I am Edson Huchin. I am very happy with the results obtained since I lost 8 lbs / 4 kg, my goal was to lose 15 lbs / 7 kg, and it was somewhat complicated since my job is to spend many hours sitted and under stress, but even so, not was an impediment to consume YOR Health products which were: YOR Shake, YOR Digest Ultra and YOR AMP.
The lost kilos are not reflected in my photos that much, because this time my exercises were more lifting weights, and I feel that taking the products made me gain muscle mass.
