Hello, I am Armando! I am from Tampico, Tamaulipas, and I am 34 years. This cycle was difficult for me, as I had to isolate myself due to COVID and was unable to train at the end of the cycle. Fortunately, my family and I are well now.

I like to do cardio outdoors, on the beach or in the lagoon that is near where I live. After doing cardio, I really like to train with weights, I go to the gym 5 to 6 days a week.
